How to renew your Individual Permit

****Members of affiliated clubs should apply for their pass via there club representative.
Individuals wishing to renew a pass must follow the procedure detailed below:
Print and complete a copy of the POLSAF Private Members Pass Application (available from sec@polsaf.co.uk)
Print and complete a copy of the Polsaf Agreement (available from sec@polsaf.co.uk)
Enclose a cheque for £40.00 payable to POLSAF
Enclosed copy of valid personal insurance
Enclose a stamped self addressed envelope.
A copy of your current insurance and further insurance certificates will be required every year to ensure the permit remains valid. Failure to produce insurance certification will invalidate your permit.
