paul,two of us have asked repeatedly for information about renewing passes you did reply to me but said you would bring it to the att of donna none of us is any the wiser as to when someone will be giving att to our renewalls we are concerned because we only have a few weeks left on our permits ,can you assist please..harry and mike speakman,.ps our mike mailed brian a couple of weeks ago ,.cheers harry.

I have had a few emails, and there is now a question on this forum, How do individuals renew their passes ?
No postal address has ever been given and the deadline looms.

I have passed all the details on to Donna.
Sorry but I am only Admin on this site nothing to do with the running of POLSAF

Alan posted on the polsaf section, but only repeated the original post with no address given, I can't reply on that thread to ask for an address so I've done it here.
What is the postal address for individual applicants ?

hi john we have seen donna's original msg for passes 'chair'has repeated it today but we have still not got address to send it too.thanks for your help and to chair as well maybe donna will still send it.but the concern is will our passes run out before the new ones are available,it's getting close.and the question we will be asking is if we have not got them by end of year will we be useing the old ones??.harry.

john the likes of this confuses people if individuals go to renewals [ e. mail donna ]address insurance name payment ]
pass will be sent to them.
this is caused by paul posting topic PAPER PASSES -people are thinking its for permits every topic has its place we don't need this confusion
I;e donna requested when she took over passes you have to e.mail her for permit info she did not want her address on site e;mails are a
record of people applying for permits instead of letters being lost and only some ones memory ,so it can be passed on to future committee
you should inform people to apply to [donna] pass officer polsaf-

every one needs to know where to look for info.this is why people are asking about permits everything as its piace

As I said earlier There is no button to post a reply on the passes thread, and since an address was " to follow" for cheques to be posted to it is a fair question, how else do individuals apply when they have already asked for an address and been ignored.
